Private Escapes has announced the launch of their newest Destination Club, Pinnacle, to augment their existing Premier and Platinum clubs. Private Escapes Pinnacle is unique in that 10 percent of estimated real estate apprciation is returned to members in the form of club credits, applicable to any club-related expenses. Private Escapes indicates that Pinnacle members may expect to receive credits valued at between $5000 and $7000 each year.
